In celebration of National Inclusion Week, Penfield hosted Jonathan Heider, of Split Star Productions to share his "Inclusion Journey" with our staff and children. Jonathan shared how he navigates in a world designed for "able bodied individuals" and uses his lifetime of experiences to serve as a voice for others and pave the way for future generations to reach their fullest potential.

Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee has organized a week of activities to promote inclusion throughout our organization.
Today our staff put our "lead with love" core value into action by sharing positive affirmations and notes of compassion, empathy, patience and kindness with fellow employees.
