Spring Clean-Up at Penfield: Thank You to Our Amazing Volunteers!

As the weather warms up and the flowers begin to bloom, we’re getting ready for a fun-filled summer here at Penfield — and thanks to two incredible volunteer groups, our outdoor spaces are looking better than ever!

Last week, we were thrilled to welcome volunteer teams from Baird and Johnson Financial Group who generously gave their time and energy to help us with our annual spring clean-up.

Both groups rolled up their sleeves and jumped into a variety of outdoor tasks to get our center ready for the new season. Their hard work included:
   – Trimming bushes and cleaning up landscaping
   – Planting flowers in our garden beds
   – Removing debris from our parking lot
   – Weeding and laying mulch throughout the grounds
   – Sprucing up our playground area 

The playground is now clean, the garden is planted, and the front of our building is looking more welcoming than ever — all thanks to the generous efforts of these volunteers.
