Making a Difference Through Service

We are thrilled to recognize Alethea Bounds, a Supervisor and Volunteer Ambassador with Southwest Airlines, for her incredible dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others. While her love for travel fuels her, Alethea’s true passion lies in service and giving back to the community.

As a Volunteer Ambassador, Alethea consistently seeks out opportunities to uplift and empower those she serves. Her partnership with Penfield Children’s Center allows her to extend her passion for service beyond the skies and into the hearts of our community, providing vital support and care to children and families who need it most.

We are excited to announce that Alethea will be joining us every month throughout the summer to help with birthday gift wrapping for the children. We’re grateful for her commitment and look forward to the lasting impact she’ll continue to make!
