Penfield Children’s Center is excited to announce the appointment of Sharif Mansur as Vice President of People & Culture. Mansur brings over 25 years of experience in HR leadership and consulting in a variety of industries, including healthcare, energy efficiency, higher education, manufacturing, and professional services.
In his new role, Mansur will be responsible for leading Penfield’s HR strategy and execution, including employee experience, recruitment and retention, culture enhancement, leadership development, employee engagement, well-being and Penfield’s commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives.

Prior to joining Penfield, Mansur held HR leadership positions at two global talent management firms and a Fortune 200 company. He has also served as a full-time faculty member at Marquette University, where he taught in the College of Business Administration and College of Communication. He continues to teach as an adjunct in the disciplines of business ethics, communication, management, and psychology. Mansur holds a graduate degree from Valparaiso University, Valparaiso, IN, and Bachelor of Arts from Knox College, Galesburg, IL.
