IN-HOME EARLY HEAD START

Our In-home Early Head Start program is available at no cost for qualifying families.

 Our In-Home Early Head Start program is for infants and toddlers age 4 weeks to 3 years old. This program takes place in your home with weekly visits from Penfield Home-Visitor.
