LoLo’s Story: A Tiny Fighter with a Big Future
When LoLo was born at just 24 weeks, her tiny lungs struggled to breathe on their own, and she required medical care around the clock. Every day was uncertain, filled with surgeries and moments when the outcome was unknown.
Thanks to supporters like you, LoLo had a place that could meet her needs. Penfield’s Respite Care Program provided the medical attention and therapies she required, all while allowing her to learn and play alongside her peers.
This fall, LoLo headed off to kindergarten, confident, joyful, and ready for her next adventure. LoLo’s journey is a powerful reminder of how your generosity changes lives. Because of you, children like LoLo can laugh, learn, and simply be kids.
