Does Penfield offer full-time and part-time care?
Yes! Penfield offers:
Full time care – which is 21 hours a week or more.
Part time care – which is 20 hours a week or less.
When are tuition payments due?
Tuition payments are due on or before the first day of the month prior to care being provided.
Is there a tuition discount for siblings?
Discount is 10% for siblings, the child with the highest tuition will be billed at the full rate.
Is payment required when child/children are not in attendance?
Payment is expected even when child/children are not in attendance, with the exception of a two week vacation allowance
What is the rate for a child to receive nursing services?
$0.50 surcharge is included in tuition for nursing services.
What is required to change a child's schedule or terminate care?
The Center Director or Administration must be provided written notice two weeks in advance for any schedule changes or termination of care.
What is the fee for late pick-up?
$1.00 per minute fee is charged for pick-up after your schedule pick-up time. This payment must be made before the child/children can return to childcare.
When is the latest accepted drop off time?
To set students up for success in reaching their full potential and achieving their goals, continue meeting staffing needs and to ensure enough meals and materials are prepared for the day – Students will not be accepted past 9:00 AM without an excuse of anticipated lateness or medical excuse approved.
