Meet JJJJ has a genetic disorder characterized by the body’s inability to produce myelin, the covering that protects the nerves and promotes the efficient transmission of nerve impulses. Though JJ's challenges are great, Penfield gives him the support he needs.
Born prematurely with a heart defect, Henry required two heart surgeries shortly after birth. He has made enormous progress while receiving therapy in the Special Care Nursery.
